Police DPO shot and killed in Kano as she picks child from daycare

Esther Tarimo, a Divisional Police Officer in the Daurawa area of Kano, was this afternoon shot dead by unknown gunmen as she left her child's daycare.

Esther was trailed from her child's daycare where she had gone to pick up her baby. She was attacked andkilled before she got home, but her child was not harmed. Security agencies in Kano confirmed the killing but do not know those behind it or why she killed
