A Boko Haram leader, Kabiru Sokoto behind The Catholic Church bombing in Niger state was arraigned in court today. Unfortunately, the case was not heard as the absence of a defence lawyer stalled the trial. The next hearing has been fixed for April 19.
Kabiru who was re-arrested by security officials after initially escaping from the hands of the police was led to the court amidst tight security and heavy weapons.
Never knew we had such weapons in Nigeria!
